Start with the visitor category

Do not begin with a price copied from a travel blog. First identify each traveller as the official checkout currently defines them: general visitor, eligible student or minor, or a visitor covered by a published national, resident, or Andean Community rate. The 2026 Ministry resolution approves promotional rates for specific eligible groups; it is not a universal price table for every foreign visitor.
