Terms of service
These terms describe the limits of the paid MachuPing monitoring service.
Last updated: May 30, 2026
What MachuPing does
MachuPing provides ticket availability notifications for selected Machu Picchu route/date targets. We notify you when monitored availability appears or increases so you can book with the official provider.
What MachuPing does not do
MachuPing does not sell tickets, reserve tickets, purchase tickets for you, guarantee entry, or represent the Peruvian government or any official ticket provider.
Payment
A monitoring setup costs $9 unless a different price is shown at checkout. Payment activates monitoring for the selected setup.
Billing errors
If payment is captured but MachuPing does not create the paid monitor, contact us with the email used at checkout. We will either activate the monitor or refund the charge.
Support
You can send setup, billing, or account questions through the contact page. Contact requests do not reserve tickets or change the limits of the monitoring service.
Availability can change
Ticket availability may disappear quickly, provider systems may change, and notifications may arrive after inventory has already moved. You are responsible for completing checkout with the official provider.
Acceptable use
Do not use MachuPing to abuse provider systems, interfere with the service, create fraudulent monitors, or violate applicable laws or provider rules.
Service changes
We may change, pause, or discontinue features when provider behavior, reliability, security, or operational constraints require it.
Plain-language summary
MachuPing helps you react faster. It does not make tickets appear, hold tickets, or replace official checkout.
