MachuPing monitoring service terms
Read the MachuPing monitoring terms: $9–$18 covers the alert service rather than admission, and neither availability nor checkout success is guaranteed.
No availability guarantee
Checks and email can be delayed or interrupted, inventory can change at any time, and official checkout can fail. The service therefore cannot promise an alert, admission, or successful purchase.
Your checkout responsibility
the official TuBoleto portal controls live ticket prices, visitor categories, times, payment, amendments, refunds, and the final confirmation. Recheck the complete order there before paying.
Refund boundary
If every monitored date passes without any availability alert, request the no-alert refund through support within 30 days. An alert for any selected acceptable product counts as delivery.
When the monitoring period begins and ends
Activation starts after you review the $9–$18 monitoring charge and complete payment. Checks continue for the selected product, dates, and party size until the last chosen date passes, the alert is removed, or the service otherwise ends under these terms. An email for any selected acceptable match counts as alert delivery even when official availability later disappears.
No-alert refund and practical limits
If every selected date passes without an availability alert, request the stated no-alert refund through support within 30 days. The service does not reimburse admission, travel, accommodation, missed visits, or third-party purchases. Email, provider access, and official inventory can change or fail, so neither notification nor successful checkout is guaranteed.
