Questions
Does the alert include admission?
MachuPing charges $9–$18 once for monitoring, not admission. It never sells, holds, reserves, or buys tickets; every purchase and ticket change remains with the official TuBoleto portal.
Does an alert guarantee a booking?
No. It reduces repetitive checking and reaction time, but official availability can disappear before checkout completes.
What happens if no alert arrives?
If every monitored date passes without any availability alert, request the no-alert refund through support within 30 days. An alert for any selected acceptable product counts as delivery.
What should I do after an email?
Open the official TuBoleto portal, repeat the selection, confirm the exact route, date, entry time, and party size, and complete the official checkout if it still fits.
