Data the alert does not need
The monitor does not need your attraction-ticket password, passport or identity document, or the card details used at official checkout. Payment card data for the monitoring fee is handled by the payment provider.
Service measurement and controls
Limited product analytics may be used on public customer sites to understand reliability and conversion. The shared authenticated dashboard remains browser-analytics free. Account controls and support handle access or deletion requests subject to legal records.
Purpose-limited service providers
MachuPing uses authentication, payment, email, hosting, delivery, and security providers only for the functions needed to run the service. The monitoring payment is handled separately from admission checkout, and the attraction’s card transaction never passes through this site. Operational records are limited to what is needed for delivery, support, fraud prevention, accounting, and legal duties.
Measurement and your choices
Public customer sites may use limited first-party product analytics to understand page and funnel performance. The shared authenticated dashboard is intentionally browser-analytics free. You can manage alerts in the dashboard and contact support about access, correction, or deletion, subject to records that must be retained for payment, security, or legal reasons.
