Does the fee include admission tickets?

No. The one-time fee pays for monitoring and alerts. You buy admission separately from the official ticket seller.

What if I never receive an alert?

If all your selected dates pass without an availability alert, contact support within 30 days to request a full refund of the monitoring fee. An alert for any selected ticket option counts as delivery.

Does an alert guarantee tickets?

No. An alert tells you we found matching availability. It does not hold or reserve tickets. Check the available time and visitor details and complete your booking on the official website.

Can I watch more than one date?

Yes. Choose up to three dates you could attend. We keep watching until your dates pass or you pause your alert.
